“Communications” means all disclosures, notices, agreements, fee schedules, statements, records, documents, and other information provided to you or signed/submitted at our request.
“Electronic Service” means any product or service you apply for, use, administer, or access via the Internet, website, email, messaging services, or software applications.
“CarBarrage Product” means any account, product, or service you apply for, own, use, administer, or access now or in the future, including Electronic Services.

Consent to Use Electronic Records and Signatures

You may withdraw consent at any time. Doing so may terminate your access to Electronic Services or certain CarBarrage Products. Withdrawal becomes effective after we have had a reasonable opportunity to act.

You must promptly update your email or other electronic addresses to continue receiving Electronic Records.

Communications in Languages Other Than English

Services may be provided only in English. If not fluent, you should consider an interpreter.

I understand that future Communications may be in English only.

You also agree that CarBarrage may satisfy its obligation to provide an annual copy of its Privacy Policy by keeping it available for review on www.Carbarrage.com or another website with prior notice.
