To streamline your vehicle purchase process, with your consent, we will provide you with the following information electronically rather than by postal mail or in-person: your account registration, membership agreement, and all related disclosures required by applicable federal and state law; and information and instructions about any additional services you select during the enrollment process.

Your Consent is Required

You must consent to receive the related legal disclosures, agreements, and instructions electronically before we can provide them to you. Your consent will only apply to your CarBarrage account, membership, and related legal disclosures and agreements. You will not be consenting to receive other electronic records or disclosures at this time.

Paper Copy of Disclosures, Agreements, and Instructions

If you do not want to receive the legal disclosures, agreements, and instructions electronically, please exit this area of our website. If you consent to electronic delivery, you may request a paper copy of any disclosures or agreements at no charge.

Withdrawal of Consent for Electronic Delivery

You may withdraw consent for electronic delivery of our legal disclosures, agreements, instructions, and communications at any time. Doing so will not affect the validity or enforceability of electronic records that were made available prior to your withdrawal.

System Requirements to Access the Information

To receive an electronic copy of the requested information, you must have:

• A personal computer or other device capable of accessing the Internet (modem, cable connection, or other Internet access, with an active account from an Internet service provider).

• A web browser capable of supporting 128-bit SSL encrypted communications (modern versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari).

• Software to access PDF files, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader® version 5.1 or higher.

System Requirements to Retain the Information

To retain a copy of the requested information, your system must have the ability to either download or print PDF files. A functioning printer must be connected to your device for printing legal disclosures, agreements, instructions, communications, and online statements on plain white 8 1/2″ x 11″ paper.
